Our company introduced advanced medium frequency furnace from America,annual output of CADI grinding balls is 80,000 tons. Production sizes range from Φ30 to Φ130, the biggest size even can reach Φ150.

We use the high quality steel as the raw materials,smelting by adding copper, molybdenum, chromium, nickel and other precious metals, through the fully automated production line and isothermal quenching to obtain qualified products.

The impact toughness of CADI grinding ball is up to ak ≥ 15J / cm ², the initial hardness is HRC53-54 , after using hardness always keeps HRC64.

1.Impact hardening: Structure : bainite plus carbide and retained austenite (Bt+Ar+C), the austenite has impact hardening function, so the surface of CADI grinding ball by the impact and friction can form a more high hardening layer. With the wear of grinding ball, the surface of the high hardness layer continue to form new one, CADI grinding ball is from the largest to the smallest, the surface will always have a layer of high hardening.

2. Long service life：1 CADI grinding ball= 2.5~3 Low chrome grinding ball=1.3~1.5 high chrome grinding ball =1.5~2 forged grinding ball in application performance.According to the using condition of the mining companies,we conclude that for producing one ton ore we can save 10% to 30% cost for our customer.

3. No breakage: The impact toughness of CADI grinding ball is up to ak ≥ 15J / cm ², the initial hardness is HRC53-54 , after using hardness always keeps HRC64. Meanwhile form a high hardening layer. Our grinding balls have combined external hard and internal toughness perfectly, so high wear resistance, not broken.

We now adopt the Iron mould coated sand automation equipment production line. After the isothermal quenching process by automatic heat treatment line, the gate and surface hardness became uniform distribution. So during the grinding ,the CADI ball will not be out-of-round from the beginning to the end.
