Chengde Rongmao Cast Steel Co., Ltd. Is located in the historic and cultural city - Chengde China. The company was founded in 1980s, after the expansion in 2003, became a large-scale professional casting enterprise, specially have rich experience in producing Carbide Austempered Ductile Iron (CADI) grinding ball, high chrome cast grinding ball,forged grinding ball, high manganese steel castings,high alloy crusher hammer, ball mill liner, semi-autogenous mill liner, various models of jaw crusher tooth plate, hammer crusher liner, high-chromium alloy combined hammer and all kinds of high quality cast and forged products. By 2012, the company has 400 staff, including 80 technical management personnel, 30 person with senior and medium professional titles. Our plant covers an area of 82,000 square meters, fixed assets is about 200 million yuan, annual output is 80,000 tons. With annual sales of 600 million yuan, become a casting industry leading enterprises.
Over these years, our company focus on management, pay close attention to product quality, these assure our products well received by all the users. The ”rongmao” brand is registered in 2009, in this year successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system certificate and ISO14000 environment system certificate. In the year of 2011, we are awarded as " One of the thousand key leading enterprise of foundry industry in China" by the China Foundry Association. Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau of Chengde city issued the "Standardization enterprise of production safety (machinery)" certificate. In 2012, "Rongmao" brand get the honorary title of “famous brand”in Hebei Province as small and medium-sized enterprises, the company produced ADI grinding ball access to 15 national patents, won the "Hebei Science and Technology Achievement" certificate. The development of our company and the contribution to the community also get the municipal government's appreciation. The company has been appraised as "Advanced Enterprise" and "Star Enterprise" for consecutive 10 years by the municipal government. In 2009, it was awarded the title of "Honoring Contract and Keeping Credibility Enterprise" by provincial, municipal and county governments. In 2015, it won the "High - tech Enterprise" of Hebei Province and “new type austempered ductile iron engineering laboratory" in China.

Advanced Equipments
By adopting imported inductotherm intermediate frequency furnace & automatic pouring machine, now Rongmao has several automatic production lines and each production line can produce different sizes such as ø60、ø80、ø100、ø110、ø120、ø125、ø130 and ø150 simultaneously.
Unique Heat Treatment Process
By virtue of Rongmao’s own R&D achievement--successfully applying isothermal salt bath heat treatment process to grinding ball, the CADI grinding ball can realize its ideal mechanical properties and reach international standard.

Long established strategic relationships with scholars from domestic famous universities and long-term raw material suppliers allow us to ensure all grinding balls and mill liners supplied to our customers are made from the highest quality products and meet strict Rongmao specifications.
